Yosemite Firefall 2025 Reservations. Weekday visitors, except on presidents’ day (february 17), do not. For 2025, vehicle reservations are only required on the weekend days (saturdays and sundays) as well as the president’s day holiday:

Yosemite officials are starting up reservations for february weekends at horsetail fall in the hope of curtailing damage to surrounding areas by visitors. The national park service estimates the yosemite firefall — when yosemite national park’s horsetail fall appears to be on fire — will happen in february 2025.
